 All our therapists undergo comprehensive training directly under the guidance of our Skin Health Consultant and are highly skilled in delivering personalised skin programmes with care and expertise.

Do you accept children for your services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer skin programmes for children as young as 5 years old. For infants and toddlers under 5, our Skin Health Consultant can provide a professional assessment and personalised guidance on managing their skin needs.

Is it safe to undergo your services during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

We do not recommend the High Pulse Blue Light programme for pregnant women.

Question 4

Do you offer house calls or online consultations?

Accepted Answer

We provide online consultations for overseas clients considering our services in Singapore. At present, we do not offer house calls. For clients in Singapore, in-person consultations are required to allow our Skin Health Consultant to assess and provide personalised guidance on your skin concerns.

Question 5

Can I begin the HPBL Program before 1 month of withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

We recommend starting only after at least 1 month of withdrawal. This allows our Skin Health Consultant to observe your skin without the masking effects of prior medication and to better understand your skin’s natural condition.

Question 6

Will my skin feel itchy after the Program?

Accepted Answer

The programme is designed to support and accelerate your skin’s natural recovery process. As your skin renews itself, you may experience temporary itchiness. This is a normal part of the process, and many clients continue to progress comfortably despite the sensation.

Question 7

Will I experience flare-ups? Will my skin get worse before improving?

Accepted Answer

Our programme is not expected to cause flare-ups when proper care is followed. Adhering to our post-care guidelines will help support your skin’s progress smoothly.
