Your Preferred Appointment
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time when scheduling appointments. As we operate strictly by appointment, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or phone to secure your preferred slot prior to arrival.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Kindly note that from the third same-day cancellation onwards, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session rate will apply.

Upholding Punctuality
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in, paperwork, and to relax before your session. Arriving late may shorten your session time, and you may be asked to return on another timing to complete the remaining time.

A Clean Space for All
Please store your personal belongings in the box provided beneath the session bed, and hang your clothing on the hooks behind the door. After your session, used towels and robes can be placed on the bed. Footwear may be placed neatly in the corners of the room.

Keeping Comfy
Most clients arrive in casual attire—something easy to remove and store. We recommend wearing loose clothing or garments that do not cover the areas being addressed.
Gentlemen will be provided with boxers, and ladies with a tube gown. You are welcome to bring a pair of shorts to wear underneath the gown for additional comfort.

A Quiet Space for Healing
We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for all our clients. Many find their sessions so relaxing that they even take a short nap. Rest is an essential part of supporting your skin’s natural recovery process.

We encourage clients to take photograph of their skin healing progress. Any image taken at Skin Health Centre are properties of the company and solely for internal use. Images will not be shared with clients to avoid any misappropriation and data leakage. For further information on the Image policy, please contact us for the customer policy.
