Your Preferred Appointment
We will try our very best to take your preferred time into account when booking appointments. As our schedule runs by appointment only, we recommend that you Whatsapp or call us to book your treatments before arrival and request your preferred time.
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice in advance. Please note that cancellations on the day of an appointment made for the 3rd time and onwards will still be charged, at half price.
Upholding Punctuality
Be on time for your appointment by arriving at least 5 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to begin. You should arrive at our centre with plenty of time to sign any paperwork, get changed, hit the restroom and unwind before a treatment. Being late for your appointment may cut into your treatment time and you may be required to come another day to complete the remaining time of your treatment.
A Clean Space for All
Stow away your personal items in the box provided under the treatment bed and hang your clothing on the hooks behind the door. Items such as used towels and robes should be placed on the treatment bed after your session. Footwear may be placed on the floor at the corners of the room.
Keeping Comfy
Most people come for treatment in casual attire - something they can easily slip off and put away. You may wear loose clothing or clothing that does not cover your affected areas.
Gentlemen will be provided a pair of boxers and ladies will be provided with a tube gown to change into; you may bring a pair of shorts to wear underneath the gown.
A Quiet Space for Healing
We strive to be a safe space for the healing and recuperation of all our clients. Clients come to enjoy their treatment sessions and even take a short nap during treatment! Rest is of utmost importance for their recovery.
